For best results simply drying the glass with a squeegee will help keep the glass clean and reduce mineral spots from forming. The glass needs to be cleaned every week using a mix of white vinegar (50%) & water. The process should be to spray the cleaning agent onto the surface, then using the magic eraser pad (wet) wipe from side to side and up and down and let sit for 2mins, rinse the glass, and remove excess water with an approved squeegee, dry off the edges with a microfibre cloth or paper towel.
Caution: Avoid using any abrasive and high Ph products on the treated surface, these will damage the protective coating. Only use approved cleaning practices as described above.
EnduroShield recommends only the EnduroShield Professional squeegee, magic eraser pads or microfibre cloths:

No the coating is only 2 molecules thick and is transparent. It will not crack or discolor over time. It is not like a lacquer or varnish.
Generally no, but the coating can be effected by strong acids and alkali's.
No. The coating is only two molecules thick and transparent, thus it does not change the appearance of the surface. If an abrasive was to be used, where the coating was worn away would not be visible.
That area would, however, be harder to clean. The unprotected surface can be easily repaired by cleaning and re-spraying with EnduroShield. The molecules will bond directly to the untreated surface.
No, the coating not only creates an easy to clean surface, but also a protective barrier to resist staining.
No, the product needs to be applied to untreated tiles and grout in order to bond with the surface.
Yes, testing has shown that the coating will not make the surface slippery. As the tile is sealed, and protected from water soaking into the surface, the water beads, and the conditions that cause slipperiness are reduced. Abrasion will limit the durability of the coating in high traffic areas.
